What we collect
When you submit a service request, career inquiry or chat hand-off, we store the details you enter: name, email, optional phone and company, aircraft, location, service type, message and preferred contact method. We store a one-way hash of your network address for a short time to prevent spam.
The AI concierge
Chat messages are sent to an AI service to generate responses. Chat conversations are not stored by this website. Only details you choose to submit through "Send to the team" are saved.
